Why Notepad
Everything a notes app should be
Built for people who just want to write something down, and trust it will still be there, private, when they come back.
Checklists
A dedicated checklist note type with checkable items and an optional location label, right alongside your text notes.
11 Color Themes
Cyber Cyan, Crimson, Forest, Ocean, and more, switch instantly, each with its own light and dark look.
Ruled Paper Editor
A clean, notebook-style page for every note, with the note’s creation date shown right at the top.
Real Search
Every word of every note, titles and body both, with matches highlighted as you type.
Trash, Not Gone
Deleted notes wait 30 days before they are gone for good, so an accidental delete is never permanent.
Private by Design
Your notes never leave your device and are excluded from cloud backup. Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase) never see what you write.
Pin & Sort
Pin what matters most, and sort everything else by last edited, date created, or title.
